Crisis Ready / Digital purchase policy

Refund policy.

A clear process for digital-delivery problems, duplicate charges, and requests concerning the supplied files.

Effective 22 August 2026

01

Before purchasing

The package is a digital product. Its format, edition, file count, page count, sample pages, educational scope, license, and price are provided before payment so that the purchase can be considered in advance.

02

When a remedy will be considered

A replacement download, technical assistance, correction, or refund will be considered where the circumstances reasonably justify it.

  • The same order was charged more than once
  • The paid files were not delivered and a replacement link does not resolve the problem
  • A supplied PDF is incomplete, corrupted, or cannot be opened on a normally supported device
  • The package delivered is materially different from the package described at checkout
  • Applicable consumer law provides a right to cancel or obtain another remedy

03

Change-of-mind requests

Because access to digital files cannot be returned in the same way as a physical product, a completed download is normally final where the files are as described and function correctly. This does not limit statutory rights or remedies for faulty, misdescribed, or undelivered content.

04

How to make a request

Use the Whop order-support route or the support contact included in the order confirmation. State the order number, purchaser email, purchase date, problem encountered, troubleshooting already attempted, and the remedy requested. Do not include a full card number, password, or recovery code.

05

Assessment and payment reversals

Requests will be assessed against the checkout description, delivery record, file condition, this policy, and any applicable law. If a refund is approved, it will ordinarily be returned through the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may apply.

06

Duplicate and unauthorized payments

A confirmed duplicate charge will be refunded. A person who believes a payment was unauthorized should contact the support address and their payment provider promptly so that the transaction can be investigated and the payment method protected.
